The Buffalo Niagara Human Resource Association (BNHRA) represents the interests of more than 600 professional members from 350 companies around the Western New York area.

BNHRA serves as the affiliate Buffalo-Niagara chapter of SHRM. BNHRA's mission is to provide opportunities for conferences, cooperative research and exchange of information among members, and to raise the standards of performance in all phases of human resource management and labor relations.

The BNHRA Annual Health & Wellness Conference and Exposition welcomes non-members from among the 1,100 businesses in the Downtown Buffalo Business corridor to attend and to join BNHRA.

The Rochester (350 members) and Jamestown (150 members) Chapters will also be invited to the Annual Health & Wellness Conference and Exposition.
